Our company started far back in 1958 when we were active in the distribution of industrial sewing machines. Over the years that followed we evolved using our experience gained during that time, specializing in the construction of special machines. For over 10 years now we manufacture only automatic systems for the various sectors in textiles: the industries of clothing, underwear and corsetry, to the highly technical sectors such as naval and sportswear.

De-localizing production towards emerging countries with low production costs doesn’t always pay.
During the last 20 years we have followed many clients in their choice to transfer production to “low cost” countries, aware that with time de-localization fails to repay the effected investment if it is not combined with the right automation.
In emerging countries it is very difficult to find competent personnel and training requires considerable investment in time and money. Supplying our clients with machines that allow them to produce without having highly qualified personnel, guaranteeing at the same time efficient results and constant quality independent of the operators, we have helped them overcome the obstacle of not having trained personnel.
In this way, many of our clients have been able to produce items of clothing (including complex ones such as men’s suits) in countries where the background was lacking, but nevertheless obtaining considerable results.
On the other hand, there are productions which have to be automated to lower production costs on items that, due to reduced quantities or unsuitable general conditions which make production de-localization impossible, cannot be “moved” to emerging countries. Proof of this is the number of companies that continue to produce in European or American countries where production costs are higher but they can still be competitive on an ever-increasingly difficult global market by using our automation.
Our activity has grown over the last twenty years to countries all over the world. Today our clients produce goods using our machines in all 4 continents: from America to Asia, from Europe to Africa. Our technical staff is trained and highly specialized to assist our clients in all their requirements, whether it is mechanical, electronic or in production advice. Our experience of 20 years allows us to discuss together with our clients and advise them on the best production phases from the cutting of materials to final packaging.
Constant and precise assistance
Technical assistance alone is not all! Our company pays special attention to the training of our clients’ technicians. Through our highly qualified staff we give everyday maintenance training to our clients’ mechanical and electronic operators, offering training seminaries at our offices in Seregno (MB), Italy or offering the assistance of our technicians during the assembly of machinery which the client has bought and which are to be installed in the plants where they themselves will be working as maintenance personnel.
Our technical staff has the support of the complete organization, both productive and commercial, in order to make technical assistance or installation of new machinery as rapid and economical as possible.
Every manufacture made by us, whether an automatic system or device, is accompanied by a technical folder containing all necessary information to carry out ordinary maintenance and eventual request for replacement parts to our SERVICE department. This department is able to rely on a well-stocked and completely automated warehouse with the latest technology with a cell-storing system for replacements giving an extremely rapid response to every request.
